No. Vamrada sells artificial / fashion jewellery only - including gold-plated, silver-tone, oxidised, and AD styles.
Do you sell natural diamonds?
No. Sparkle pieces use American diamond (AD) or similar fashion stones.
Is Vamrada the same as VMRDA?

What is your return policy?
• Return eligible pieces within 7 days of delivery.
• The product tag must be sealed and unopened.
• The jewellery must be unused and in original packaging.
• Start a return from My Account → Orders.
What if the tag is opened?
Opened, cut, or removed tags make the item ineligible for return or refund, even within 7 days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
• Record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package to the full product.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, video, and photos.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered in about 5-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes - contact us via the Contact page or email support.vamrada@gmail.com with your order number before the order ships. We will cancel it and refund prepaid payments, usually within 5-7 business days.
Where are disputes resolved?
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only.
