• Vamrada sells artificial / fashion jewellery only (plated, alloy, oxidised, AD / fashion stones as described on each product page). • Products are not BIS-hallmarked real gold or silver, and stones are not natural diamonds unless expressly stated otherwise. • Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, plating, and screen settings. • Prices shown on product pages are final and inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. • All products are subject to availability.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders for stock, pricing, payment, or fraud reasons. • You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

• Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the product tag is sealed and unopened, and the piece is unused in original packaging. • Full rules are in our Returns & Refunds and Refund policies.

• Website content, branding, product images, and designs belong to Vamrada or its licensors. • You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission.

• Fashion jewellery requires proper care; we are not liable for damage from misuse, water, perfume, chemicals, or normal wear. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These policies are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with any purchase, return, refund, or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only.
